Each employer has a unique website that provides information about the benefits available to plan participants. The web address is provided on your enrollment materials and forms. You may also access the site for your employer by simply typing in the web address as indicated in the samples below:

If you work for ABC Company - go to

If you work for the City of Chicago - go to

www.BenefitsWorkshop.com/chicago

If you work for the State of New York - go to

www.BenefitsWorkshop.com/newyork

In each case, the last part of the web address is the most significant part of your employer's name, in lower-case. Leave off any common parts of the name, like "Company", "Corporation", "Inc.", "Village of", etc.
